Why do you go away? So that you can come back. So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colours. And the people there see you differently, too. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving.

It is heartbreaking that I am not going to live in my flat in THREE DAYS time :( :( :( three years of happy happy moments and laughter and sunny mornings in the kitchen and naps on my bed with sunlight streaming in/ watching the sunset from my windowsill are going to be over and that’s it like I won’t be able to come back ever again :( I know it’s just a place but it has got a very very special place in my heart and has been the best home to come back to after the stress of ridiculously long days at uni and to have my friends round and I will never forget how happy the years in this flat were <3 <3

This weekend has been F A B cause it’s been sunny and we had prosecco in a beer garden on Friday and then had the funniest happiest night and yesterday was sunny and I realised we had our lives together and had the best sleep I’ve had for months and today the weather was beautiful and we climbed a hill then drank ginger beer on a quiet little pier. All of that and absolutely no uni work!!!
